Excellent service by friendly , knowledgeable staff at your Ringwood store. We are delighted with delivery of our Rondo Futon, great communication. Assembly was fairly straightforward, really pleased with the futon which is a comfortable sofa but also extra guest double bed…ticks all the boxes.

Staff very helpful. As well as some tables I purchased a pot artificial plants. I decided when I got home that another would be a useful gift. I phoned, paid ( very efficient) and it was put aside for me to collect when I next went to York.

I am very satisfied with the nest of tables I purchased in Norwich and surprised and pleased at the low cost for delivery to South Wales.

My wife and I purchased a 'Snuggler' Daybed/sofa from the Futon company a couple of years back. We recently decided to purchase an 'official' topper for our Daybed, but had struggled to find one in the right colour online.
We reached out to Futon Company to see if there was any chance of our colour coming...

I went to the Cambridge shop and found exactly what I was looking for. The gentleman there was very helpful and I was able to pick up my chairs in time for a big party I was hosting. The chairs are smart and look well made.
I will go back again, this shop always looks well stylish and has air conditioning...

Straightforward and we were kept informed. Delivery went as planned. Only concern is that our original futon cover faded in 2 years. Hope the same doesn't happen with this one.

Upon moving into our new house, we were slightly taken aback by how pricey reasonably good quality furniture can be nowadays.
We went to Norwich one day and stumbled upon the little Futon store — we left this place with their small catalogue full of inspirational ideas.
