I literally had no problems with the Futon Company. Online shop was clear , I ordered a ladder shelf , was kept in the loop as to when it was arriving. The driver was cheerful and helpful. It took my hubby about 20 minutes to put together and is now gracing my craft room .

Bought a navy futon with the foldable wooden "bench" under it. Been using it for a couple of weeks now its super useful as a bed when people stay over and as a spare comfy chair when no one is. The cats also love it ????

We ordered a ladder shelf with drawers for our hallway. Ordering was simple, delivery was within the time frame they gave us, and the delivery company kept us informed of when to expect the item. From order to delivery excellent service. Only one slight chip on the wood which we didn’t notice at first. Boxes delivered in weren’t damaged, so not sure where this happened.

Really helpful shop staff easy ordering and efficient delivery.
A small piece, the board forming the bottom of the drawer had been damaged in transit and the shop arranged replacement immediately. Very reassuring.
And the sofa bed looks great.

I bought many items for my dining room and kitchen from the East Sheen branch of the Futon Company. The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Elsie, as I went back time after time before putting a big order in whilst I was having my house painted.
