The staff! They are so helpful and friendly.... but of course the products are so good, its hard to reach a decision. I had a 'putting together' glitch, which was fairly simple in the end but took a bit of time because the ordering time for delivery is on a weekly basis. Very pleased with the result...

Really helpful staff member, Jane, at the Ringwood branch. Went out of her way to work out some measurements for me. Delivery was easy and the delivery guys put the items exactly where I needed them. Item was sturdy, easy to put together and well made.

We ordered a Futon Vienna sofa bed from the Futon Shop in Chester in early May. Unfortunately it was delivered without instructions 20th May (and the Chester shop had closed down in the meantime). Exeter branch: Brilliant service. Aimee in particular was SO patient with me changing my mind (a few times!). She is a credit to the company. Product wise, such a wide variety of choice and excellent quality.

I've just remembered, ????, we divided the customer service and delivery with a courier, customer service was clearly an equal split between light and heavy work, on the bright side, this friendly service are ready with bags if needs be, some items are easier to negotiate, home, in small bags, overall...
