Really helpful staff member, Jane, at the Ringwood branch. Went out of her way to work out some measurements for me. Delivery was easy and the delivery guys put the items exactly where I needed them. Item was sturdy, easy to put together and well made.

We needed the futon within 10 days and we're assured this would be ok when placing the order. Sure enough, turned up within 7 days. Very pleased with the futon and the service.

We ordered a Futon Vienna sofa bed from the Futon Shop in Chester in early May. Unfortunately it was delivered without instructions 20th May (and the Chester shop had closed down in the meantime). Service in the Leeds store was, as usual, exemplary.
The delivery was delayed but I was kept informed and the alternative date was achieved on time.
The construction was challenging but the result perfect.

Exeter branch: Brilliant service. Aimee in particular was SO patient with me changing my mind (a few times!). She is a credit to the company. Product wise, such a wide variety of choice and excellent quality.
