I visited the Edinburgh shop and purchased a couple of side tables which arrived very promptly. They are of fantastic quality. The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the postage was very reasonable. Will definitely purchase from Futon again.

I went to the Cambridge shop and found exactly what I was looking for. The gentleman there was very helpful and I was able to pick up my chairs in time for a big party I was hosting. The chairs are smart and look well made.
I will go back again, this shop always looks well stylish and has air conditioning...

Didn’t actually like the bedside tables I had ordered, was my fault as I didn’t see them - just a picture. Returned them and the Futon company took them back and immediately refunded me without any quibble. Will buy from them again.

I ordered the green striped roll up futon with carrying handles and am very pleased with my purchase.
Ordering was simple and the item arrived within a couple of days via an excellent delivery company.

Ordered the lofasofa online, delivery estimate was 3-4 working days which was good. It actually arrived 2 days early. Delivery driver knocked the door and waited till I was able to answer it and take the package in.
It's great as extra seating on the floor. But it really excelled on the sofa bed instead...

Friendly and efficient staff in the store, they were always available to help us try different cushions etc. Quick delivery on the futon we ordered and we love it, it gives us an extra level of flexibility for the occasional guest.

Friendly service in the shop and on the phone, timely delivery and everything as promised. We bought our futon sofa a long time ago and can still get replacement covers etc. And we still like the sofa. Couldn’t be happier.
