Didn’t actually like the bedside tables I had ordered, was my fault as I didn’t see them - just a picture. Returned them and the Futon company took them back and immediately refunded me without any quibble. Will buy from them again.

Straightforward and we were kept informed. Delivery went as planned. Only concern is that our original futon cover faded in 2 years. Hope the same doesn't happen with this one.

Beautiful product, well made and packaged without waste.
My only gripe was when I first looked on the website I couldn't find it in the search. Not sure why. Still, I have it and it's perfect.

Comfiest deck chairs ever! Everyone who sits in them loves them. So relaxing and they fold away so small. I now have 4 and use them outside and inside.

Prompt delivery. Very pleased with the quality of the mattress - my granddaughter was very comfortable on it and it sat perfectly on top of a camp bed.

The products are well made and easy to put together. The Guildford shop has wonderfully helpful sales people who know their products well so can give advice.

Having the shop in Edinburgh to see and try the product opened the door and the quality and utility sealed the deal. It is not cheap but for the quality of the product it is very good value. ,

Brilliant customer service. We bought a futon after a recommendation so we went in the the Cambridge store and the staff were very helpful. We wanted to upgrade the mattress and they let us without any issues. Deliver of the product was fast and setup was straightforward for no issues. Brilliant product...
