The staff! They are so helpful and friendly.... but of course the products are so good, its hard to reach a decision. I had a 'putting together' glitch, which was fairly simple in the end but took a bit of time because the ordering time for delivery is on a weekly basis. Very pleased with the result...

We ordered a Futon Vienna sofa bed from the Futon Shop in Chester in early May. Unfortunately it was delivered without instructions 20th May (and the Chester shop had closed down in the meantime).
