The floor futon was delivered promptly and it’s a well made item with sturdy sewing all round and double Velcro for fastening it into carry mode. Ordered the lofasofa online, delivery estimate was 3-4 working days which was good. It actually arrived 2 days early. Delivery driver knocked the door and waited till I was able to answer it and take the package in.
It's great as extra seating on the floor. But it really excelled on the sofa bed instead...

Brilliant customer service. We bought a futon after a recommendation so we went in the the Cambridge store and the staff were very helpful. I’ve reviewed Futon Company before and I’m a regular shopper there but wanted to rave about the Uma Stacking Nest of Tables I purchased because they’re so useful and practical and great looking and at £35 for three coffee tables that stack they couldn’t be any more reasonable! Nice one.
