Prompt delivery. Very pleased with the quality of the mattress - my granddaughter was very comfortable on it and it sat perfectly on top of a camp bed.

Click and collect was very straight forward. I’m lucky I have a local branch ! The staff are always friendly and I’m really pleased with the style and ease of my shelves. Can’t fault Futon Company at all.

The product was in stock ,they gave me the box measurements to make sure it would fit in my car but also offered delivery if it didn't.

Ordered items were ready for collection when we came to collect them. They were easy to assemble. Description of items were accurate and fit with decor.

Service was prompt. Item as beautiful as expected.My paperwork said they would take away the packaging but theirs didn’t say that. This was not a problem for us although it might be for others.
