Excellent service in the Tunbridge Wells shop. Nicola very approachable and helpful. One of our delivered packages was damaged and needed returning. Dealt with immediately and efficiently.

Product is very good quality, solid wood and very easy to assemble with quality fittings. Very good value for money Delivery was on time with no problems.

Excellent packaging keeping bed components safe. All the screws and plugs were accounted for .Visual instructions easily follow able. Less than an afternoon to construct.
Delivery people were pleasant, quick and amenable. A brilliant purchase all round !!

Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.

Service in the store was helpful in making choices and followed up with making the order for me before the sale finished. The items arrives when promised and are well put together for self assembly. Instructions were adequate although not all parts were labelled which did matter for a leaning shelf that...
