The reactive glaze butter dish is lovely. The quality is great and I was spoilt for choice on colours. This was a gift and my daughter loves it. Great experience from the beginning when the delivery drivers brought the furniture to the room. Very easy to put together. Very sturdy furniture. Comfortable to sit on and my daughter says it's comfortable to sleep on too.

Very helpful member of staff in Bristol store when I went to see item of interest (bamboo shoe tower with mirror)..they ordered product for collection from another store (Solihull) where they were similarly helpful when I went to get it.
Now assembled and in use and am pleased with look, function & quality....

I visited the Edinburgh shop and purchased a couple of side tables which arrived very promptly. They are of fantastic quality. The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the postage was very reasonable. Will definitely purchase from Futon again.

Ordered the lofasofa online, delivery estimate was 3-4 working days which was good. It actually arrived 2 days early. Delivery driver knocked the door and waited till I was able to answer it and take the package in.
It's great as extra seating on the floor. But it really excelled on the sofa bed instead...
