Very helpful member of staff in Bristol store when I went to see item of interest (bamboo shoe tower with mirror)..they ordered product for collection from another store (Solihull) where they were similarly helpful when I went to get it.
Now assembled and in use and am pleased with look, function & quality....

Didn’t actually like the bedside tables I had ordered, was my fault as I didn’t see them - just a picture. Returned them and the Futon company took them back and immediately refunded me without any quibble. Will buy from them again.

I sent them a message asking to know the measurements of the part shown on their website (the nylon futon gliders) so that I could be sure it would fit.
