Absolutely love the stacking paper trays I ordered. Such a good price for well designed, quality products. They arrived within a few days and were really well packaged. So nice to receive a beautiful, old school paper catalogue of their products too. I look forward to buying from this company again....

Popped into the Edinburgh store having seen a two-person sofa bed online. Thought the level of customer care in-store was fantastic and really personal (thank you, Lisa!), and the quality of the products seems good, as well. Excited for the delivery of our Loop sofa bed in the coming days!

My experience of Futon has been excellent. Jane from the Cambridge branch has gone above and beyond to help me with my Hugo stacking shelf. In view of the help I have been given I will be looking at other products sold by Futon as I have confidence in the service provided.

We've ordered a number of items from futon company recently. All have been of excellent quality. Most recent order was some oak shelves, so nice we are going to order some more.

Item delivered within timescale. Unfortunately there were chips on some of the parts. Contacted Futon and they replied immediately advising they would send replacement parts. Futon now assembled and very happy with this and customer service

I ordered a few items and a couple months later, when we came to assemble them, realised we must not have received one box (one large item came in two boxes). I emailed customer services and they responded promptly and, despite the item being discontinued, they managed to send me the missing box.

I purchased a Drift daybed in January 2026.
I am very pleased with the quality of the product & the delivery was prompt & efficient.
I will definitely consider purchasing from the Futon Company again.

Daybed delivered on date and at time agreed and placed in right room.
All elements present for putting it together.
