Really helpful shop staff easy ordering and efficient delivery.
A small piece, the board forming the bottom of the drawer had been damaged in transit and the shop arranged replacement immediately. Very reassuring.
And the sofa bed looks great.

We ordered two Bamboo bedside shelf units. Nice quality, easy to build, value for money and delivered when promised. We then ordered the baskets that fit the shelves. Very happy with the end results. The added bonus was the offer of ‘buy one, get one half price’.

The staff at the store were extremely helpful. I was surprised at the veriety of items on sale.
Having purchased several items from the Tunbridge Wells store I can honestly say that the furniture is well made and easy to put together.
Well worth a visit.

Love the Futon Company for small space furniture. I decided on their sofa for practical purposes - multi-purpose, able to manover through small hallway as arrived dismantled, wonderfully cat-friendly (no arms to destroy, washable and replaceable covers and futons...) but it is also beautiful! We went to the Oxford shop to test out the futon we wanted and to see the cover colours in real life and the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We were told it would be 5-10 working days to deliver it, but actually it was only 3 day which was a bonus, and the delivery company were very efficient....
