Communication and delivery were both very good.
Unfortunately I had to return the side tables, one was slightly damaged & they didn't really fit our space.
The return process was quick & easy, the money was back in my account 2 days after it was picked up.

Went into the Futon shop in York whilst on a short break. Saw the item we wanted but because of its weight and size we had it delivered to our home address. What I valued most with Futon Company was their customer service. I wanted to schedule a delivery as close as possible to another delivery and they were willing and able to try & accommodate that. The desk is also exactly as expected and good value for money.

This was our first time of Futon. We bought a bed frame here, and my husband and I were very pleased with it! The quality was excellent. It’s getting harder to find the product with reasonable price and with good quality. But Futon makes it happen!
