The staff! They are so helpful and friendly.... but of course the products are so good, its hard to reach a decision. Customer service excellent and really helpful. Needed a small replacement part for a secondhand futon and it was no problem. Plus bought new covers which are really lovely colour and make the futon like new.

Service in the Leeds store was, as usual, exemplary.

Great customer service and delivery.
Like the design, material as well the practical side: the table does not occupy lot of space, but can be extended to 170cm and accommodate up to eight people. Not heavy to move around.

Nice step stool. Very stable. Ideal for reaching the back of the top shelf.
