From order to delivery excellent service. Only one slight chip on the wood which we didn’t notice at first. Boxes delivered in weren’t damaged, so not sure where this happened.

I was looking for a put you up bed and passed the Futon Company shop. There was a good selection to see and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I took all the information I needed and returned the next week to make my purchase.

Love the Futon Company for small space furniture. I decided on their sofa for practical purposes - multi-purpose, able to manover through small hallway as arrived dismantled, wonderfully cat-friendly (no arms to destroy, washable and replaceable covers and futons...) but it is also beautiful! Absolutely...

We went to the Oxford shop to test out the futon we wanted and to see the cover colours in real life and the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We were told it would be 5-10 working days to deliver it, but actually it was only 3 day which was a bonus, and the delivery company were very efficient....

My wife and I purchased a 'Snuggler' Daybed/sofa from the Futon company a couple of years back. We recently decided to purchase an 'official' topper for our Daybed, but had struggled to find one in the right colour online.
We reached out to Futon Company to see if there was any chance of our colour coming...

Didn’t actually like the bedside tables I had ordered, was my fault as I didn’t see them - just a picture. Returned them and the Futon company took them back and immediately refunded me without any quibble. Will buy from them again.

Everybody I dealt with at Battersea – Asher, Joe – and Tottenham Court Road were friendly, knew the product lines really well, all super helpful and knowledgeable. I've been buying furniture etc. for an empty flat and the ratio of quality to price at Futon Co. is the best I've seen of the dozens...
