Impressive customer service; in store and online. Bought a kingsize mattress, then requested a replacement to a double. Adam from the solihull branch fulfilled my request and got me a refund on the price difference and free delivery !

Delighted with day bed
Excellent products and service! I purchased a Day Bed and am delighted with it. It seems well made and sturdy and I love the fact that it's made from pure pine. Before placing my order, I spoke with a member of staff at the Ringwood store who was amazing and incredibly helpful. A great shopping experience!
