Very helpful member of staff in Bristol store when I went to see item of interest (bamboo shoe tower with mirror)..they ordered product for collection from another store (Solihull) where they were similarly helpful when I went to get it.
Now assembled and in use and am pleased with look, function & quality....

It was really much more than we wanted to pay for a bed . But it was so beautifully made and It was exactly what we wanted . Fast delivery and easy to assemble . Highly recommend Futon Company.

Didn’t actually like the bedside tables I had ordered, was my fault as I didn’t see them - just a picture. Returned them and the Futon company took them back and immediately refunded me without any quibble. Will buy from them again.

Straightforward and we were kept informed. Delivery went as planned. Only concern is that our original futon cover faded in 2 years. Hope the same doesn't happen with this one.

The floor futon was delivered promptly and it’s a well made item with sturdy sewing all round and double Velcro for fastening it into carry mode. Spoke with a gentleman in battersea rise who was extremely helpful and sent me details of the two futons I had enquired about and received next day to my address couldn't be happier with the level of care and service excellent.
