- Select when you want the E-Gift Voucher to be sent to the recipient

The E-Gift Voucher will be sent to the recipient via email within 30 minutes of your order or on a selected date and time. You will receive an email confirmation that the E-Gift Voucher has been sent to your recipient. If you don't receive E-Gift Voucher email confirmation please check your junk or promotions folder. Some smaller email providers like BT can also block such emails - please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to help.

This voucher is valid in all Futon Company UK stores and online shop. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given, any remaining balance can be used for future purchases. This voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue, so please check this before purchase.

At expiry, any remaining balance will be lost. Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with you legal rights. The balance of this voucher can be checked in any of our stores and online.

Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced and you will lose any funds stored on them. Please look after this just like cash. Please check our Terms and Conditions section for more details.
