I am very pleased with the side table I ordered - it is just what I needed beside the sofa.i am delighted with the quality. Delivery was quick and I was able to assemble the table fairly easily. There was no tracking however or updated delivery communication and the parcel was left outside my door.

Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Delivery was also straightforward - I was able to change the date by simply sending a text and my Futon arrived next day! I have to say, I would have liked the assembly instructions...

Good value and quality product. Easy to order online and collect in store. Store staff very helpful. Installation a little fiddly but overall no issues. Very comfy sofa.

We bought a stool. We found we no longer have the ability to assemble flat-packs. We learned from the website that Futon now offer assembly. We arranged a taxi to take the pack to the York shop. The manager was standing outside to swap it with an assembled stool !

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

I ordered one smallish bedside 9 (or other) table. It arrived on time with all the necessary bits an pieces, screws, allen key etc. The instructions were clear. I ordered 3 sets of two shelved shoe racks, narrow, wooden to fit a very narrow corridor. They arrived well packed and protected and with the allen key only took 10 minutes to assemble, very easy. They look good and store a whole load of shoes.

Excellent staff in Norwich showroom with fast delivery and even delivery men carrying mattress up three flights of stairs due to broken lift. Great quality mattress with cover as ever. Love my futon, which I've had for years and just replaced the mattress passing old one to family.

I saw a Futon ad on an aircraft magazine, returning from holiday. Previously, I'd only associated Futon with beds 40 years ago. My small office/study was going to have traditional fixed wall-mounted shelves but Futon's free-standing ladder style shelves, drawers and cabinet shelves are far superior...

Great customer service
Bought the trundle bed in February and couple of niggles were resolved by Prisca in customer support with great patience - she is a really good ambassador for the company. I am very pleased with the trundle bed: it is perfect for our extremely small spare room for 2 of the grandchildren...
