I bought two oak shelves for the kitchen at a really good price - solid oak, oiled finish. They are sold as picture shelves but I'm using them for jars and bottles. Useful but beautiful too. I'll probably get more and some bamboo items I spotted. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We ordered 2 porcelain table/bedside lamps to collect from the Futon, Eccleshall Road, Sheffield store. Every part of the order/collection process was completed without any issues whatsoever. Well done to all concerned in processing our order successfully!

I ordered the Twingo in oak. Very pleased. It is sturdy, looks good and comfortable. It was easy to put together with two people. Bought as an extra bed for visitors but otherwise to be used as a sofa in the conservatory

Purchased two tatami mats (one was pristinely clean, the other required hoovering due to all the small bits of straw everywhere!) and incredibly strong and well made. Staff in the Chiswick store were extremely patient, friendly and helpful. Arrived within a week and good comms.
