I bought two oak shelves for the kitchen at a really good price - solid oak, oiled finish. They are sold as picture shelves but I'm using them for jars and bottles. Useful but beautiful too. I'll probably get more and some bamboo items I spotted. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I had to phone to confirm what I was buying was what I wanted. (Won't go into the details) it was and the customer service guy took my order there and then and it was delivered in short order, far quicker than expected.

Different from most other homeware stores, unique items for small spaces. Beautiful little gifts such as the enamel coated coasters and wee trays. Website is easy to use, delivery on point. And sale prices excellent. Seamless service. Thankyou

Having bought and built a unit from the Guildford store I couldnt get the bottom drawer to close so went back to the shop for advice. The assistant took out all of the drawers in the display unit so I could check how the rails were supposed to look on the inside and by a process of elimination worked...
