We bought our futon from you about 20 years ago and it is still going strong! The cover eventually started to fade and wear out so we sent off for fabric samples which came very quickly.
Having chosen a replacement cover, we ordered that and that too arrived very promptly.
We have been very impressed...

A strong and comfortable futon with a beautiful coloured fabric. Assembly instructions were clear and all components supplied and correct.
Sales staff in Plymouth store were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and collection arrangements were clear and well handled.

I bought a few items from Futon and so far so good. Delivery is timely and the items are well made and of reasonable price. I needed to ring the customer services to ask a question and found that the staff were helpful and polite. It did not take long to get through.

The experience at the shop in Park Street, Bristol was excellent - relaxed service with sound advice. Delivery was on the date stated at the time of purchase and the item was delivered to the room of our choice. Assembly instructions for the double Futon could have been clearer with better diagrams....
