As described on website, although it didn't show how to fit the hooks, but the fitting was very easy to do. The products are lovely, well made and look good. Delivery was prompt and well packaged.

I ordered the deep sleep mattress online and was worried about the delivery timelines so I called the local store in Exeter. They were excellent and dealt with my concerns efficiently. The product itself is exceptional and I have been sleeping on these since 2003.

I now have a Loop desk and a Loop futon and am very pleased with both items. They were well packaged and delivery was on time. The staff in the shop (Norwich) were extremely helpful when I was choosing the futon.

Having bought and built a unit from the Guildford store I couldnt get the bottom drawer to close so went back to the shop for advice. The assistant took out all of the drawers in the display unit so I could check how the rails were supposed to look on the inside and by a process of elimination worked...

Really liked the shop. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good communication. Delivery arranged successfully and futon delivered on time as planned.
It was a bit awkward to construct but once done it’s a really nice, quality sofa-bed.
