Guarantee
All Futon Company products are guaranteed for one year for residential use in a home environment. This excludes residential lettings or a contract environment. Our guarantee is valid for goods sold and retained in mainland United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).
All of our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing faults for 12 months. This means that if your product develops a fault within 12 months that is a result of a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair any affected parts or products as necessary.
This guarantee does not cover usual wear and tear that would reasonably be expected from a period of use, for example compressions of mattress fillings. Neglect or misuse of products where reasonable care has not been taken is also excluded from this guarantee, for example, scratches, scuffs, stains or mould.
Our guarantee also excludes any external or environmental factors that may have affected the goods, or accidental damage. This may include, but not limited to, unreasonable exposure to liquids, heat or sunlight.
Please retain your receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Should a fault develop within 12 months please contact us as soon as possible at help@futoncompany.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you further.
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
