Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

The purchase online was easy to achieve. When I called to pick up my futon the lady at the store was extremely helpful and she assisted me in loading up my purchase into my vehicle, and gave good advice concerning extra purchases to enhance what I bought. Had great service from Roman at the Solihull branch. They were out of stock for an oak desk but I needed it that weekend so he found one at another branch & organised the collection. Also, when collecting some cushions & discovering the delivery bay blocked he brought them to my car - in the sleety rain!...

Very happy with the build quality and looks of our futon 2 seater settee, we upgraded the mattress and bought an extra cover all lovely We also bought 2 swivel coffee tables. I would recommend there furniture as the quality is excellent

Really great furniture, excellent quality, and well packed for transport.
Small improvement: being able to chose the delivery date would be real helpful for furniture.
