Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at the Bristol shop. Lovely two seater sofa which easily converts into single bed. Very comfortable!

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

Very happy with the build quality and looks of our futon 2 seater settee, we upgraded the mattress and bought an extra cover all lovely We also bought 2 swivel coffee tables. I would recommend there furniture as the quality is excellent

Replacement cover, good quality, fitted well, delivered quickly, and also included back cover which was not mentioned in description so that was a nice surprise.

Love this shop & so delighted to need to buy a sofa bed! The staff were so helpful in the shop when we ordered & so helpful when picking it up, even helping me to the car.
We love it as a sofa, very comfortable.
The extra £40 for the upgraded mattress was a good decision. Now just waiting for the...

Great customer service
Bought the trundle bed in February and couple of niggles were resolved by Prisca in customer support with great patience - she is a really good ambassador for the company. I am very pleased with the trundle bed: it is perfect for our extremely small spare room for 2 of the grandchildren...
