Had great service from Roman at the Solihull branch. They were out of stock for an oak desk but I needed it that weekend so he found one at another branch & organised the collection. Very happy with the build quality and looks of our futon 2 seater settee, we upgraded the mattress and bought an extra cover all lovely We also bought 2 swivel coffee tables. I would recommend there furniture as the quality is excellent
