Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Love this shop & so delighted to need to buy a sofa bed! The staff were so helpful in the shop when we ordered & so helpful when picking it up, even helping me to the car.

Great set of "leaning" shelves. Fits perfectly in bathroom with mix of wooden frame and white shelves. Easy to build - 10 minutes or so and solid. Recommended. Probably my fifth or sixth piece of Futon Company furniture, won't be my last.
