I had to phone to confirm what I was buying was what I wanted. (Won't go into the details) it was and the customer service guy took my order there and then and it was delivered in short order, far quicker than expected.

Recently bought two white cache tables to use as bedside tables, easy to order and got them on a buy one get one free deal too, which was a great bonus. Very fast delivery. I ordered the Twingo in oak. Very pleased. It is sturdy, looks good and comfortable. It was easy to put together with two people. Bought as an extra bed for visitors but otherwise to be used as a sofa in the conservatory

I have been recently buying furniture from the Futon store, East Sheen. They have great choices of products and they offer good discounts when on sale.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the Edinburgh store. A good range of products in style, finish and fabrics. Prompt delivery and the quality of our futon is very good.

The shop assistant was so helpful x nice. The sofa bed arrived quickly x it was easy to assemble. It was so nice to be able to see x talk to human being instead of having to use a computer. Even the delivery centre phoned me personally to say when the delivery would be???????? just like the old days!...
