The unit i purchased had some damage to one of the doors. I had a prompt response from Futon and they had a replacement sent out to me shortly after.
The quality isn't the best, but the customer service is top notch.

Excellent quality and colour. We needed a narrow unit for a small room, it is perfect for the space. Superior to all other ladder shelves I looked at. Very happy with purchase and delivered quickly.
