Recently moved house and lost an essential bolt washer piece for my bed. Came by hoping to find a replacement. Maria the store Manager helped whittle down the potential model number and piece. Lo and behold we found the piece and Maria saved my bed screw eating into the wood struts. Absolute legend....

I have bought Futon products previously so know they are good quality products.
In addition, my local shop is brilliant in providing advice and assistance throughout.
They even helped me get the product into the car.
The assembly instructions were clear and now have two stacking beds ready for action!...

I'm very pleased with my step stool, not the cheapest but it looks nice, is beautifully made and is delivered assembled.
The only other comment I would make is that I've added felt pads under the legs and possibly it would be good to put rubber or silicone pads during manufacture.
