I bought two oak shelves for the kitchen at a really good price - solid oak, oiled finish. They are sold as picture shelves but I'm using them for jars and bottles. Useful but beautiful too. I'll probably get more and some bamboo items I spotted. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I needed a small dressing table to fit into an alcove in my bedroom. I was tired of cheaper flat pack furniture and discovered Futon online.
The dressing table is beautifully made and what a treat to have solid drawers!

I had to phone to confirm what I was buying was what I wanted. (Won't go into the details) it was and the customer service guy took my order there and then and it was delivered in short order, far quicker than expected.

We ordered two tropical print bedside cabinets for our bedroom. While assembling one of them my bf slightly misunderstood instructions and tried to hammer pegs into the under side of the top of the cabinet rather than into the sides. This damaged the cabinet top. I ordered the deep sleep mattress online and was worried about the delivery timelines so I called the local store in Exeter. They were excellent and dealt with my concerns efficiently. The product itself is exceptional and I have been sleeping on these since 2003.
